These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PAYSITE administration application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Google or X/Twitter) at your request. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. You authorize the App to act on your behalf only within the scopes you grant during the OAuth flow, and you may revoke access at any time.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create through the App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to operate the App for you.
We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason consistent with applicable law. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
